The Classic Double Room offered a very comfortable bed, providing a quiet night's sleep. The breakfast overlooking the gardens was a delightful experience, enhancing the relaxing ambiance. While the historical setting and parkland location are beautiful, some areas could benefit from modern updates. Minor maintenance issues were noted, and the bathroom amenities were limited, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

Lovely birthday getaway!
Spent 3 nights celebrating my husband's 60th bday. The staff surprised us with an upgrade and a birthday wish, which was so sweet! Our room had a fab view of the walled garden and was super comfy. Dining in the bar area was great, but we did feel a bit neglected by the service during tea time. Would've liked more attention.
