    Perfect hotel with a modern design and amazingly nice staff. Spacious room with the bathroom and toiletries, for example. Favourable and fab location, in the restaurant for more than 30 minutes.

    The surroundings are beautiful... The hotel is inside an amazing park full of green, flowers and animals...

    Beds were very inconvenient... Wireless didn't work with skype at all and the staff wasn't helpful at all in this matter... The bathroom was very small.

    Efficient friendly staff. Nice surroundings. Very pleasant evening reception / meal. Good food and drinks.

    Room 104 noisy water pipes all night , shower too hot to stand under and I think this needs to be dealt with urgently, also there is very poor wifi in that room which the staff appeared to be unaware of.

    The dining room experience was excellent: very good fine dining - interesting food, excellent service. The bedroom was imaginatively decorated and very comfortable.

    The lounge exprience was as poor as the dining room was good! Before dinner there were uncleared tables and even the cleared ones were not clean. You seem to be running fine dining in the dining room and an upmarket Butlins in the lounge outside. Trying to secure an aperatif before dinner involved a long wait.
